Welcome!
The eDNA Service Center offers processing of environmental DNA samples, assay development, field surveys and training services. The equipment housed in the center will allow users to perform fluorescence-based qPCR analyses, for quantifying DNA concentration and abundances, and plate preparation. In time, the center will also offer nextgen-sequencing eDNA services, including preparation of samples and on-site sequencing of eDNA metabardcodes.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Self-Service Availability:
Monday - Friday 9am - 4 pm by reservation only. Please visit the Schedule Equipment tab to reserve.
